I agree with Dr. Minich. I'm a registered dietitian, and I encourage my clients to think about food as another way to love your body. Choose the right food for you. Eat slowly and savor every bite. Then you'll notice some food, like fast food, probably doesn't taste as good as you originally thought.
fast food isn't the answer to economic hardships
Fast food corporations are willing to stoop to all low's in order to increase sales of their "food" products. While most of America attempts to recover from the recession, these restaurants are increasing their marketing budgets while bloating about increases in their stock shares.
profits before people are part of fast food industry tactics. We need to start appreciating healthy home- cooked food!
