LisaMarie Luccioni, M.A., A.I.C.I., C.I.P.

LisaMarie Luccioni is an adjunct professor of Communication at the University of Cincinnati, a certified etiquette expert through the Protocol School of Washington (considered the premiere provider of global protocol instruction), and one of only 100 CIP's (certified image professionals) in the country through AICI, the Association of Image Consultants International. She has been repeatedly featured on radio and in newspaper and magazine publications regarding professionalism issues, and was a live guest on CNN's Anderson Cooper 360 show, where she discussed the topic of manners with international etiquette icon Letitia Baldrige.

LisaMarie is also founder and president of The Image Establishment, a Cincinnati-based firm empowering companies and individuals to present their professional best in three areas necessary for advancement in today's global economy: (1) communicating a clear and effective verbal message, (2) demonstrating proper business etiquette and social graces, and (3) projecting an authentic-but appropriate-personal and professional image.
