John T. Cacioppo, Ph.D.

John Cacioppo, Ph.D., is the Tiffany and Margaret Blake distinguished service professor at the University of Chicago. He is also the director of the Center for Cognitive and Social Neuroscience, and the director of the Arete Initiative. Cacioppo is the author of several books including Loneliness: Human Nature and the Need for Social Connection (see http://scienceofloneliness.com).
