Dr Joshua Coleman

Joshua Coleman is a psychologist in private practice in the San Francisco Bay Area specializing in couples and family issues. He has served on the clinical faculties of The University of California at San Francisco, The Wright Institute Graduate School of Psychology, and the San Francisco Psychotherapy Research Group. A frequent guest on the Today Show, NPR, and The BBC, he has also appeared on ABC 20/20, Good Morning America, America Online Coaches, an upcoming PBS special, and numerous news programs for FOX, ABC, CNN, and NBC television. His advice has been featured in The New York Times, The Times of London, The Chicago Tribune, Psychology Today, U.S. World and News Report, The San Francisco Chronicle, Parenting Magazine, and many others.
He is the author of The Marriage Makeover: Finding Happiness in Imperfect Harmony (St. Martin's Press); The Lazy Husband: How to Get Men to Do More Parenting and Housework

He has an adult daughter from his first marriage and twin 16-year-old sons from his current marriage of 20 years. He also has a 3-year-old grandson.
