Allison Aboud Holzer believes that everyone benefits from daily moments of bliss. In her varying professional roles as coach, trainer, researcher, and consultant, she educates others on how to cultivate and sustain their personal, emotional, and professional growth. Her PT blog, Find Your Bliss, translates her expertise into simple, concrete, user-friendly tips that anyone can use to enhance positive emotions and contentment in their daily life.

As a coach, Allison works with teachers, students, and young professionals on their personal, emotional, and professional growth. In addition, she co-designed and manages a coaching program for teachers at Yale University's Health, Emotion & Behavior Laboratory. In this role, she coaches teachers on their use of emotional literacy in their classrooms, supervises other coaches, and researches the impact of coaching. As a trainer and consultant, Allison designs curriculum for the Pursuit-of-happiness.org project, screens all new coaching hires for Career Cadence, and co-leads trainings on emotional learning.

Allison completed her Masters of Art in Teaching at American University and a BA in Psychological and Brain Sciences, with an emphasis on learning, from Dartmouth College.
