There are thousands of Over Eaters Anonymous meetings available and these groups support individuals who suffer from all types of eating disorders, recovery means that group members return to a normal relationship with food. Hundreds of thousands of people have found recovery from eating disorders through this fellowship, why not try a meeting? http://www.oa.org/

Maybe we each to have our own

Maybe we each to have our own sense of what it is to be recovered. For myself it will be when meals are just another part of the day rather than the day being defined by meals.
