Why Winning Matters: Part 2

Isn't it time to live your life as a winner?

Simply put: If you don't win you can't succeed. Becoming a winner is essential to your happiness, contribution to humanity, and in creating the legacy your capable of.

One incalculable benefit to being a winner is that it provides the full realization that life is a privilege, not an entitlement. All prolific winners know that life structure and soundness of action always precede talent and will in creating success. Just look around, there’s no shortage of people with incredible talent and will that have dismal, unfulfilled lives because they never developed the planning and technical skills to manifest their ambitions.

A characteristic all winners share is to give thanks for their talents and the blessing of opportunity. This is one of winnings most important lessons. In ancient times gratitude and appreciation were conveyed through rituals. When crops were bountiful rituals were performed, giving thanks for the blessing.

In today’s high paced lifestyle such rituals aren’t practical. But, by proxy, every time we win and succeed it pays respect to the gift of our talents and says thanks to those who selflessly gave of themselves to mold and shape our capacity to succeed through their mentorship. Winning also gives thanks to our parents for the genes and all they gave us from moment zero. Without them and others life success wouldn’t be possible.

Winning helps us respect our bodies. Without a body capable of doing the action steps to succeed winning isn’t possible. We’re only as productive as our bodies will allow. And, it’s also through our bodies that we experience the world and life.

The mind and body are one in the same as the body senses our environment and creates our level of consciousness based on the accuracy and extent to it can sense our external world. When our bodies are well cared for through the correct balance of exercise, relaxation, diet, and fellowship we perceive life and the environment with complete authenticity and have the physical capacity to respond to life opportunities with greatest accuracy and least energy expenditure.

To have regular wins is the ultimate prescription to become more optimistic for a better future. It’s through winning that we develop personal empowerment and confidence in self. Nobody’s going to win every time and that’s actually a good, not a bad, thing. Winning every time is more an indication of living life too much in the safe zone with the aspiration bar set too way low. Without challenge it’s impossible to develop our skills and mindset to advance our lives. If you don’t have periodic failure in life it’s time to turn up the boost on your life.

I’ve never a person that doesn’t want more positive excitement in their life. And, the fastest way to become more excited is to anticipate greater future success. The hope and anticipation for an upcoming extraordinary life experience is the reason we get up every morning. It impassions us to learn skills and ready ourselves for action. As we become more enthusiastic our appetite for developing our talents and embracing bigger challenges further empowers us to believe that we can manifest life abundance through our own efforts and be the author of our destiny.

At the end of the day we’re all born potential winners and genetically programmed to pursue lofty goals. Becoming a consistent winner is a learned skill anyone can learn at anytime. We should never shy away from practicing or improving on our success skills as every time we succeed we pay homage to the gift of our talents, the opportunity to succeed, to our mentors, and the chance to inspire others to become their own champions.

The brass ring in manifesting the life and legacy we’re capable of living is there for the taking, we only need to seize it. If there’s ever a moment in human history to step up and make the transformation to becoming a full time winner it’s now. It’s time that each and every one of us make our decisions out of what we stand to gain, not what we might lose.
