A very competent writer, Laura Woodmansee also wrote a serious book on the subject: http://www.amazon.com/Sex-Space-Laura-S-Woodmansee/dp/1894959442 As for sex in a sleeping bag, a book I enjoyed tremendously is "How to Have Sex in the Woods by Luann Colombo http://www.amazon.com/How-Have-Woods-Luann-Colombo/dp/0609804022 Another book on the subject that I've not yet read is titled "Sex in a Tent: A Wild Couple's Guide to Getting Naughty in Nature" by Michelle Waitzman. http://www.amazon.com/Sex-Tent-Couples-Getting-Naughty/dp/0899974325
