If you have ever suffered from panic attacks then you know how terrifying they can be. Your first panic attack came out of nowhere-you suddenly found yourself shaking, trembling with fear, short of breath, feeling like you are going to collapse and then you thought that the end was coming. In my last blog on panic disorder-- Do You Have Panic Disorder?-- I described the process of developing panic disorder and agoraphobia. In this blog I will describe the steps to reversing this process so that you can live your life free from the fear of panic attacks.

Panic Disorder
My daughter experienced her first panic attack in her 20's - it was terrifying, to say the least. After ruling out physical conditions with our doctor (not cheap but worth it) she was able to identify the trigger and work on her reaction to the trigger. Thanks for all of you valuable information - great discussions your site.

It's been 14 years...
It's been 14 years of suffering from panic disorder. I've been on every medication in the book and they've all failed. I'm now taking it into my own hands and realizing it's a psychological issue. It's my own thinking. Now, to change and start building some confidence! :) Hard work but I can do this!
