Unemployment: ways of coping with it

I have been unemployed twice in this last year and it has been
my experience that the more exercise you get the better.
I've always been an avid exerciser, but I started changing
my routine to burn more fat and not get bored. By doing this,
I felt like I was maintaining my physical health, even though
my job situation was grim.

Unemployment

I have been unemployed for 14 months. I have a PhD and 2 Masters Degrees and am 60 years old even though I look 45. I am running out of money and ideas and don't know what to do.
I do agree, being an avid excerciser myself, that working out or walking outside for at least an hour takes off the edge of the depression and anxiety.

I come from China

I come from China .Here,unemployment is ordinary。Lots of people lose their jobs.So many collegers graduate from their schools,but the goverment doesn't do anything!I feel very disappointed with this country..
