It's all in how you phrase the questions
Sometimes you can perform a jiu jitsu move on your worrying when you find that right question to pose. These are a great set of questions, some similar to my own process for eliminating worry.
One of the best worry dissolving techniques is a practical one I read in Dale Carnegies 'how to stop worrying and start living": the stop-loss order for worry. That technique alone dissolved a bunch of my bigger worries.
