Yes, we are all social animals connected to each other. The challenge, for many of us, is we are not connected to ourselves. We are so busy running, doing, talking, and texting, we don't give ourselves the time to pause, reflect, and feel. The first step to having better interaction with others is to take some time to be by ourselves.
