It is important not to conflate true spiritual insight with mundane psychological insight.

To realize at a deep level that all phenomena are empty of inherent existence is a tremendous relief from suffering.

Suffering/stress/discomfort exists in all sorts of forms in this life, and there is no shame in acknowledging it.

I think distinguishing useful

I think distinguishing useful from not-useful insight is crucial and we'll all have different opinions about what's useful, which is a lot of where human debate goes on.
