Very good advice

I really like the idea of ingesting and digesting. I have been doing it for years but never found a way to explain it. It is that step back from a situation that our parents told us when we are young. But also looking inside ourselves to see where we could also be the problem.

In response I've put up the two original articles I wrote on the subject. I'll keep the ambigamy articles coming. These relate to managing the give and take of honest relationship but not just romantic ones of course. Political ones too.
