Do You Want To Live Forever?

diet

Interesting. I was actually just reading the other day about a study that extended the life of frogs through feeding them less. I wonder if it is calories alone or time frame for digestion that may impact the aging process? The study on the frogs indicated something about digestion and free radicals and that by digesting we are actually aging. This made me think that perhaps the grazing fad that has been promoted lately ( six small meals are better than 3 regualr meals) is actually worse for you in terms of aging. It seems like digesting 3 regular meals and then being at rest would be better than constantly digesting even small amounts of food. What are your thoughts on this?

Living forever

Hi;) I would definitely like to live forever if I am in possession of my faculties, and disease free. I strongly anyone can accomplish that not only if they eat a well-balanced diet, but anger and resentment can shortened someone life. Whatever the situation we all need to find a way to be happy and enjoy our lives, because it is not a rehearsal=)
