You can't judge a book by it's cover. A very conservative exterior reveals nothing about the sexual behaviour of a person. Within the confines of her marriage, she might well express herself in a way that is passionate, loving and caring. Whatever the state of that relationship, they seem to be happy with one another. Certainly Mr. McCain has not strayed from his marriage, as far as we know, they must be doing something right.

Your other columns are usually interesting and actually relevant to the science of psychology. This unwelcome departure is biased, irrelevant, and mean-spirited.

This is far from appropriate.

McCain hugs her "in the most awkward way" as you put it because of the physical damage to his body after years of torture in Vietnam. He can't lift his arms over his head.

This was really an awful piece from a PhD. Psychology Today should be ashamed.

THIS SHOULD BE BETWEEN A MARRIED COUPLE AND I FIND THIS WOMAN TO BE NOTHING LESS THAN PURE CLASS. I WOULD BE HONERED FOR HER TO BE OUR FRIST LADY.
