This is a shame
I cannot believe that a man would be forced to pay child support for a child that isn't even his own. This is not the first case of this that I have heard of, but this is the first case where the state is getting the money and not the family. I know the man is on his 3rd tour in Iraq but I hope that when he comes back that he is able to fight this. If not at least make it more public so there is an out cry for him, that will make law makers in that state change their mind. Especially if you are able to get enough angry people on your side....since those law makers do have to run for re-election sometime.
This is not only ridiculous
This is not only ridiculous but is also terribly unfair.
