Symptoms of Insomnia
People suffering from insomnia are sleeping restlessly, or not enough. Insomnia causes daytime fatigue and reduced energy levels, weakened coping skills, difficulty paying attention and concentrating, memory problems, and difficulty performing even routine tasks.
But most of all, insomnia affects mood. The chronic sleep disruption of insomnia appears to be the single biggest trigger for depression and irritability.
