Groovin' on garlic
Garlic's been hailed recently for a multitude of health benefits, fromthinning blood and lowering cholesterol to fighting infection and even cancer. And Japanese studies on rats and mice suggest the pungent herb may slow degeneration of brain cells, encourage their regeneration, aid memory in aged animals, and even prolong life.
