Then use Scorecard #2 to respond to the same 35 statements, this time describing the way you see yourself at work. (If you are not currently employed, describe the way you see yourself in a recent job, or in the work you do at home). Then use Scorecard #3 to respond to the statements accordingto how you see yourself a s romantic partner. Use Scorecard #4 to respond to the statements according to how you see yourself as a friend, and, finally, Scorecard #5 to describe how you see yourself in another social role of your choice--for example, as a parent, sibling, offspring, etc. (If you wish, you may choose to complete any three of the four scorecards #2 to #5, and score them accordingly. Or you may choose to complete all cards for a braoder measure of your Social Selves.) By taking the test and mailing in your completed scorecards (along with the survey form on page 76), you can also participate in the PT/Berkeley Personality Survey and help advance the science of personality assessment. Remember: Keep your Scoring and Interpretation Guides--the information they contain will provide further insights into future scores. Have fun!
